Sr. Staff Software Engineer, Notifications & Growth Platform

The Notifications & Growth Platform org at Pinterest builds systems that power user communication and product-led growth. As a Sr. Staff Software Engineer, you will shape the technical vision and multi-year roadmap for the org, leading cross-functional delivery of end-to-end solutions and making durable architectural decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Shape the technical vision and multi-year roadmap for the Notifications & Growth Platform org
• Lead cross-functional delivery of end-to-end solutions
• Make durable architectural decisions that improve delivery quality, reliability, and scalability
• Define success metrics and operating cadence
• Use AI to accelerate work across exploration, drafting, analysis, and synthesis

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality
• Strong track record of critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work
• Proven technical leadership
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
