Client Management Officer (Assistant Supervisor/Team Leader role)

MediCard Phils., Inc. is looking for a Client Management Officer to meet renewal sales and revenue goals, maintain and develop relationships with business partners, and enable/train personnel. The successful candidate will devise and implement renewal and after-sales specific plans, execute them, and manage cost management initiatives and utilization discussions.

Responsibilities:

• Meet renewal sales and revenue goals/targets;
• Maintain and develop relationships with current and new business partners;
• Be a productive team member of the division;
• Enable/train personnel assigned to work with/reporting to them;
• Devise and implement renewal and after-sales specific plans/initiatives;
• Execute plans in tandem with internal stakeholders and external partners/intermediaries;
• Manage cost management initiatives and utilization discussions;
• Ensure partners/intermediaries and mutual clients/accounts are satisfied/delighted with MediCard's services;
• Complete the sales cycle that brings in repeat/renewal business;
• Inform the company of new contacts/partners and new sales & marketing opportunities;
• Effectively manage renewal business engagement with partners/intermediaries;
• Perform regular business reviews and touch point meetings;
• Help manage the account's/portfolio's MediCard health solutions based on agreed KPIs.

Requirements:

• Is involved in the on-boarding and after-sales of the accounts;
• Developing and maintaining productive relationships with partners/intermediaries;
• Understanding the partner/intermediaries' market and client portfolio;
• Train, influence, inspire, and lead other Corporate Care Officers and Associates;
• Work closely with internal stakeholders;
• Conduct required initiatives and activities as outlined in the strategies of the division and MediCard;
• Provides computation, recommendation, and/or approval of rates and benefits for the renewing accounts;
• Performs other tasks as required by MediCard's management.
