Description
We are seeking an ambitious Client Executive to join our Charity and Not for Profit team in Cheltenham. As part of your role, you will connect with existing clients, ensure their needs for renewals and mid-term adjustments are understood and addressed. This involves finding the right coverages, offering competitive pricing, and providing outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing account management and renewal for existing portfolio
- Effectively manage relationships with key decision makers within partnerships
- Manage relationships with external service providers
- Exceed annual targets
- Engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders
- Quarterly MI meetings with each partner
- Travel to partner meetings and attend client promotional events
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of main classes of general insurance and CII's Code of Ethics and GDPR
- Minimum 3 years' experience in providing specialist advice in the insurance market
- Experience in the Charity or Not for Profit sector is advantageous but not essential
Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand people, build rapport, and adapt communication styles
- Ability to exceed individual targets and deadlines
- Multi-tasking and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage own diary and work to tight deadlines
Qualifications:
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Cert CII an advantage or progressing towards the qualification
