Competitive Travel Soccer Coach

We are looking for a results-driven Competitive Travel Soccer Coach to join our community. As a Competitive Travel Soccer Coach, you will coach and develop Success Academy competitive club players under the guidance of the program's playing philosophy. You will also assist with training sessions, liaise with Head Coaches, and provide player and team performance updates.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop competitive club players
• Assist with training sessions
• Liaise with Head Coaches
• Provide player and team performance updates
• Lead school-based elective classes
• Build and maintain relationships with program constituents

Team Management:

• Implement SA Annual Performance Plan
• Plan and prepare for training sessions and matches
• Provide detailed roster and selection information
• Ensure players act in a manner befitting the Network Player Code of Conduct

Player Management:

• Implement Individual Development Plans
• Complete player evaluations
• Schedule individual meetings with players

Administrative/Reporting:

• Create pre-match objectives presentations
• Complete post-match reports
• Participate in weekly administrative and operational meetings
• Support scouting and talent identification efforts

Requirements:

• Experience coaching youth and/or collegiate soccer teams
• USC Premier/Advanced National/National Youth License, USSF A, B, C or International Coaching License (FIFA, UEFA, FA) equivalent is strongly preferred
• Ability to manage administrative and coaching aspects of the position
• Familiarity with technology systems for player development, evaluations, scouting, etc.
• Demonstrated track record of propelling students' understanding and love of soccer
• Advanced understanding of the game of soccer and strong classroom management
