Manager / Associate Director / Director of Scaling Operational Excellence

We are searching for a Manager, Associate Director, or Director of Scaling Operational Excellence with a Bachelor’s Degree, and at least 2-10+ years of experience with a proven record of building, optimizing, and scaling operational systems.

Responsibilities:

• Build scalable systems that support our school-based operations teams: Develop and optimize internal systems that support school-based operations teams managing a variety of responsibilities, including facilities management, family engagement, safety systems, data, and student wellness
• Improve existing processes: Investigate, learn, and observe existing systems at school-sites; drive process improvements and codify best practices that work effectively at scale
• Monitor implementation and coach to outcomes: Partner closely with internal teams to implement systems and processes with fidelity
• Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $150,000.
