HR Consultant

As a HR Consultant at Gusto, you will drive people operations for designated small business clients. You will excel in dynamic environments, applying your passion for developing and refining processes and practices. You will leverage cutting-edge technology and systems to drive efficiency within the organization you support.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead organizations to achieve People objectives, including attracting, hiring, and onboarding great talent, and staying compliant
• Influence business and talent initiatives that support short and long-term business goals
• Provide coaching and guidance on performance management and employee productivity
• Engage in strategic workforce planning and identify competency and talent gaps
• Develop comprehensive People Plans and provide organizational development support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and process client HR data

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of HR experience as a People Operations Specialist and/or HR Generalist
• Excellent communication skills and strong proficiency with cutting-edge technology
• Proficiency with HR software, Google Suite, and modern productivity tools
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Significant experience with workforce analytics and demonstrated agility in ambiguous environments
