We're building a talent pool to connect with potential candidates for future opportunities at Keywords Studios Mexico. We're looking for customer service representatives for written support to join our Player Engagement team.
The successful candidate will communicate with players and solve their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding game details, providing excellent customer service through chats, emails, and tickets.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a constantly evolving environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to actively listen to instructions and execute tasks communicated
- Full-time availability
- Living in Mexico City or Estado de Mexico
- High School Diploma preferred but not required
