Quality Expert - Data Analytics, Lead

Electronic Arts is seeking a Quality Expert - Telemetry Lead to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Quality Expert - Telemetry Lead at EA, you will lead telemetry strategy and data frameworks across Apex Legends, using AI and Machine Learning to transform data into applicable quality insights.

Responsibilities:

• Automation Strategy and Implementation:
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of telemetry methodology
• Lead the integration of telemetry into the SDLC
• Guide the use of AI/ML models to detect anomalies and predict defects

• Quality and Data Analysis:
• Compile and interpret data from multiple sources into cohesive summaries
• Use telemetry-driven insights to prioritize testing and improve product quality outcomes
• Implement predictive analytics to identify quality risks early

• Collaboration and Communication:
• Partner with QV, Development, and Data teams
• Translate complex telemetry data into meaningful insights for non-technical team members

• Mentorship and Team Support:
• Lead improvements and knowledge sharing across multiple teams
• Mentor and support team members in implementing quality strategies and professional growth

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in telemetry, data analytics, or quality technology leadership
• Experience building and maintaining telemetry frameworks
• Background in data analysis, automation, or AI/ML
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, or equivalent visualization tools
• Experience with CI/CD integration for telemetry pipelines
