OTC Finance Manager - EMEA Claims

We are seeking an OTC Finance Manager to lead our EMEA Claims team. In this hybrid role, you will work 3 days on site in Cork and collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee claims processing, financial analysis, and team management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with Regional Sales and Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
• Ensuring procedures align with policy and maintaining strong relationships with Central Finance and Sales
• Performing account analysis, reconciliation, and reporting during month/quarter-end processes
• Managing key accounts and processing marketing and pricing claims/deductions
• Driving continuous improvement and evaluating process enhancements
• Representing the Claims team at management meetings and acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external financial audits
• Managing team tasks, delegating responsibilities, and steering team members towards achieving personal and team goals and KPIs
• Conducting staff meetings, preparing written instructions, resolving disputes, and preparing narratives and statistical reports
• Serving as the point of contact for internal and external escalations and managing stakeholder expectations
• Training staff in functional accounting and financial management skills
• Identifying and addressing team personnel needs and collaborating with central units to promote financial training and recruit new team members

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and excellent analytical skills
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Excel and Oracle
• Demonstrated strong collaborative skills and innovation mindset
• Previous experience in people management is desirable
