Physical Therapist - Outpatient

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Matthews Sports Training in Matthews, North Carolina.

As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based, quality care to patients, establishing timely treatment plans and building relationships with patients, clinicians, and the community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Design personalised, evidence-based treatment plans
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure:

• Base Salary: $83,000 - $110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
