Develop at Ubisoft - Mentorship Program - Programming 2026-2027

Develop at Ubisoft is a mentorship program for female students and recent graduates (with less than two years of experience) looking to develop their skills in game design, audio, programming, or cybersecurity.

The program supports individuals from historically underrepresented groups in the gaming industry and STEM fields.

As part of the Programming stream, you will develop and submit a game using C++ or C# language, with a free development tool such as Unity for mobile.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and submit a game project
• Work with volunteer Ubisoft developers for feedback and guidance

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Currently enrolled in studies or graduated in spring 2024 or later
• Less than 2 years of professional experience
• Legally authorized to work in the country where the application is submitted

Additional requirements for Toronto applicants:

• Student or recent graduate
• Resident in Ontario
• Attended a recognized school, college, or university in Ontario
