Agency Distribution Practitioner

About the Role We're seeking an all-rounded practitioner in agency distribution who will acquire the knowledge and skillset essential for agency business development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• District Business Strategic Planning (40%): Equip agency business knowledge and skillset, execute KPI-specific business plans, implement corporate business initiatives, analyze business data, and support agency business growth.
• Zone Operation (40%): Prepare reports on district performance, provide operational support, participate in agency events, and perform other responsibilities as needed.
• Collaborative Business Engagement (20%): Collaborate with agency forces, act as a team player, and build business relationships with agencies.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in sales coordination, distribution support, agency administration, banking, or PR is preferred
• Conversant in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
• Enthusiastic and excellent team player

Others:

• Preferred to obtain Insurance Authority (IA) license (Paper 1 & 3) or other relevant licenses
