Product Support Placement - Martin Audio

You will join the Martin Audio Product Support Group (PSG) and work directly alongside product support engineers.

The role involves hands-on technical support work including system design, product demonstrations, and customer-facing applications advice.

Responsibilities:

• Design operationally optimum systems using proprietary in-house simulation software
• Present system designs to sales and/or customers
• Provide information for inclusion in tender documents
• Offer applications advice and first-line support
• Conduct product demonstrations
• Liaise with Sales and Engineering over new product designs
• Identify and report sales opportunities
• Support visitors during exhibitions and other marketing events
• Report on product performance strengths and weaknesses

As you progress:

• On-site support of Martin Audio concert PA systems
• On-site commissioning of projects
• Liaise with and advise audio consultants
• Organise and present training, internally and externally

Requirements:

• Degree in Acoustics, Audio Engineering, Audio Technology, or a closely related subject
• Good knowledge of sound system acoustics and problem-solving skills
• Experience with modern DSP and amplifier platforms, and familiarity with measurement systems such as EASE, SMAART, or Systune, will be an advantage
