Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations - Infrastructure Platform Services (IPS). This role involves owning and improving key operating rhythms, leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, establishing governance for leadership reporting, creating communication mechanisms, implementing operational metrics, and serving as a trusted advisor.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of professional experience in business operations, operational strategy, or program management within a technology or entertainment environment. They should have exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management skills, a proven track record of leading operating rhythms and strategic planning, excellent executive communication skills, and data fluency.
Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously improve key operating rhythms
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across IPS
- Establish and govern leadership reporting
- Create and run communication mechanisms
- Implement and continuously improve operational metrics and frameworks
- Serve as a trusted advisor to program, product, and engineering stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience in business operations, operational strategy, or program management
- Exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management
- Proven track record of independently leading operating rhythms and strategic planning
- Excellent executive communication
- Exceptional data fluency
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational change
- Experience with financial planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
