As a Stock Manager at NEXT, you will lead and inspire your team to achieve performance targets in a fast-paced and varied environment. Your experience in providing leadership, coaching, and motivating a team will be crucial to your success. You will support the Store management team across the back of house areas, manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes, and ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate.
The ideal candidate is passionate about customers, people, and products, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be able to work in a result-driven, fast, and challenging environment, adapt to change quickly, and bring the rest of the team onboard with new objectives.
