We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
As a Customer Assistant, you will be putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly, and helpful service. You will be ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that's filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers, or selling our products. You will also be using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities:

- Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean, and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
- Building your knowledge of our products, services, and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
