Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing style advice and excellent customer service
- Operating in a high-demand environment and adapting to busy periods
- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness
- Contributing to a positive store environment and supporting colleagues
- Being flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business
The working hours are Thursday to Saturday, 12:00-20:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
