Job Overview We are seeking team members for various seasonal roles, including Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant.
Responsibilities As a team member, you will:
- Provide exceptional guest service and support a guest-first culture across the store
- Gain experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
- Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
Requirements To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have a welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and other team members
- Be able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Work effectively both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly and efficiently
- Pay attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
Physical Demands
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and demonstrate regular attendance
