As a Sales Advisor - Foods at Marks & Spencer's Cork, Patrick Street store, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by serving and selling in-store and through all digital channels.
Key Accountabilities
Customer
- Proactively serve customers and model excellent service behaviours.
- Prioritise customers over tasks.
- Maintain an inspiring shopping environment through excellent product presentation and availability.
- Participate in Plan A activities to support store and local community initiatives.
Selling
- Confidently sell to customers using product knowledge.
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and offer personal recommendations.
- Actively participate in store events to achieve selling targets.
- Create selling opportunities at all service points.
Store
- Understand store business priorities and contribute to improving store performance.
- Follow safe and legal working practices.
- Work productively to minimise losses.
- Deliver key activities and operational processes efficiently.
Team
- Adapt and work flexibly across the store.
- Support colleagues to meet customer and business needs.
- Take ownership of personal development and share knowledge with colleagues.
Flexibility and Working Hours
- Sunday: 16:00 - 20:00
- Tuesday: 17:00 - 21:00
- Thursday: 17:00 - 21:00
- Saturday: 17:00 - 21:00
Flexibility is required outside of these hours.
