This is a 40 hour/week, fully remote position supporting patients 13 years and older. The ideal candidate must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, D.C., and be willing to obtain additional state licensure.
As a Licensed Clinical Therapist at Minute Clinic, you will have autonomy to build and grow the practice without the burden of payor contracting, credentialing, and billing. You will provide psychosocial support and education to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples, and families aged 13+. You will have access to evidence-based care, assessment, and treatment planning tools to elevate and support the continuity of care for patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychosocial support and education to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples, and families aged 13+
- Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
- Current, active, and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington D.C.
- Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills
- Master's degree program from an accredited College or University
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills
- Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery
- Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms
