Description
We are seeking a Visual Merchandising professional to join our team.
The Role: You will be responsible for ensuring VM consistency, reviewing seasonal and standard POSM ordering, managing boutique openings and setup, developing and implementing creative window displays, managing VM budget, reviewing and updating VM guidelines, conducting regular VM training, monitoring warehouse POSM inventory levels, and providing event support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure VM consistency across all channels
- Review and manage seasonal and standard POSM ordering
- Manage boutique openings and setup
- Develop and implement creative window displays
- Manage VM budget
- Review and update VM guidelines
- Conduct regular VM training
- Monitor warehouse POSM inventory levels
- Provide event support, including reviewing floor plans, technical drawings, and VM setup
Requirements:
- University graduate in marketing/design management related field
- 10 years of working experience in luxury retail or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, creative thinking, and entrepreneurship
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good sense of luxury aesthetics and retail operations
- Strong knowledge of VM production, including window, facade, pop-in, or pop-up setup
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and design software (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Sketchup, Premier cut pro, AUTOCAD)
- Fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a plus
- Ability to communicate with all work-related parties involved
- Able to multi-task, reliable, positive attitude, and able to work under pressure
