Description
We are seeking a UEFI Developer to join our team. As a UEFI Developer, you will design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug UEFI firmware for server products. You will enable UEFI firmware to support operating systems, server components, and determine hardware compatibility.
Responsibilities:
- Code and program new features and enhancements for UEFI firmware
- Execute established test plans and protocols for assigned portions of code
- Identify, log, and debug assigned issues
- Develop understanding of and relationships with internal and outsourced development partners
- Participate as a member of project teams to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Typically 0-2 years of experience
- Experience with firmware design tools and languages, such as C or assembly
- Understanding of design for firmware running on server platforms
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
