In this customer account management role, you'll support experienced Account Managers across activities including account administration, customer engagement, contract coordination and delivery against key account objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in contract negotiation processes at a strategic scale
- Provide operational and administrative support to Account Management
- Participate in digital learning modules and on-the-job training to build key business and technical skills
- Work collaboratively with the wider Customer team to deliver against key account deliverables
- Analyse business challenges and contribute to innovative solutions
Requirements:
- Recent graduate in a commercial/financial or technical discipline preferably
- Strong problem-solving skills with a curious, open-minded and team-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated with an ability to work in a multi-functional environment
- Curiosity, drive and the willingness to learn from data, experimentation and experienced peers
- Proficient IT skills, fluent across Microsoft Office suite
