Senior Business System Analyst - FICO Costing

NVIDIA IT Finance is seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Product Costing professional to join their team. As a Senior Business System Analyst, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions, working closely with key finance users and IT team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP FICO initiatives to implement new and improved existing functionalities.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into effective solutions to support the future of Finance, focusing on SAP FICO module configuration.
• Mentor and support users and teammates on SAP FICO functionalities, including configurations and transactions, and guide the global support team as needed.
• Collaborate with business users across different time zones to develop additional FICO functionalities.
• Work with multi-functional and technical teams to prioritize work, articulate business needs, and drive system solutions.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore resources to prioritize, coordinate, and complete projects, and provide status updates.
• Develop training documentation and impart training to end-users, prepare scripts, and conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of SAP ECC 6.0/S4 experience, with a focus on FICO modules, and at least 7 years of SAP FICO implementation experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
• Strong SAP FICO configuration and technical skills, especially in Product Cost, and understanding of finance and accounting business functions.
• Expertise in SAP FICO areas including Product Cost, Actual Cost, Material Ledger, Production Order Processing, and others.
• Experience with non-SAP finance applications such as Concur, Blackline, and One-Source.
• Ability to architect solutions in finance functional areas and integrate with other functional areas like MM, SD, PP, APO, and BW.
• Multitasking ability in a dynamic environment, integration experience with third-party applications and SAP portals, change control and release management experience, and demonstrated project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Semiconductor industry experience, including the 'fabless' business model.
• Experience working in SAP BW/BI.
• Exposure to SAP BPC.
