Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack and AI

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to architect, scale, and maintain full-stack systems and agentic AI applications using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and implementation of enterprise-grade agentic loops and advanced RAG pipelines for core product features
• Establishing engineering standards, setting guidelines for API middleware, and driving system performance and security best practices
• Mentoring junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, system design sessions, and technical guidance
• Partnering with Product Managers, Designers, and Leadership to translate business strategy into technical roadmaps and deliver features iteratively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field from a Tier 1 institution
• 5 to 7 years of software engineering experience at a product-first technology company
• Proven track record of technical leadership, mentoring engineers, driving architecture reviews, and owning end-to-end technical delivery
• Deep mastery of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)
• Expertise in Python, Rust, Java, and JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience designing high-throughput RESTful/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and backend middleware architectures
• Strong expertise in web protocols, low-latency API design, frontend-to-backend integration patterns, and system resilience
• Hands-on experience architecting and deploying cloud-native applications on GCP or AWS
• Production experience building complex, multi-agent workflows and LLM applications using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI
