Description
Symmetry Software is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead its enterprise B2B marketing efforts.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will create, shape, and execute the marketing strategy, empowering a full-stack enterprise marketing team, including demand generation, product marketing, digital marketing and online presence, sales enablement, analytics and reporting, and lifecycle marketing, all with AI at the core.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of technical products, including MCPs, APIs, and SDKs, who has a proven track record driving successful marketing initiatives in the enterprise space.

Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the enterprise technology sector
- 5+ years of proven success in building and leading enterprise marketing teams
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content marketing, and marketing automation tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical acumen: experience marketing AI, API, and SaaS products
- Bias for action and impeccable execution

Salary: $186,400/yr to $248,533/yr in Scottsdale & most remote locations, and $219,600/yr - $292,800/yr for San Francisco & New York
