Sourcing Manager

Logitech is seeking a Sourcing Manager – Indirect Procurement to help transform their procurement function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for redesigning the end-to-end strategy for Indirect Procurement, focusing on Professional Services, Technology, and Facilities categories.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and transforming scalable sourcing processes and frameworks
• Leading market analysis, vendor evaluations, and commercial negotiations for high-value strategic agreements
• Establishing performance monitoring and compliance metrics to ensure suppliers adhere to agreed pricing schedules and contractual terms
• Acting as a trusted, consultative partner to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
• Leveraging spend analysis and market trends to drive data-backed sourcing decisions and process innovations

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven track record of creating order out of chaos and designing new procurement processes
• Deep understanding of indirect sourcing contracts and complex services and technology agreements
• Excellent analytical and spend-analysis skills
• Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Industry agility and a sharp eye for market trends and tech-industry shifts
