As a Supervisor, Hosting at Airbnb, you will lead a high-performing team that sources, qualifies, and enriches leads to accelerate supply growth in priority geographies and markets.
The Airbnb ACC Enterprise Ops team is a dynamic business unit dedicated to delivering safe, quality stays and exceptional experiences for travelers worldwide. It helps increase supply effectiveness, utilization, and impact using people-powered operations.
Your leadership will directly expand Airbnb's supply and unlock new revenue streams for the business. You will blend inspirational people leadership with program-management rigor, focusing on:
- Maintaining a healthy, predictable pipeline of qualified leads
- Optimizing tooling, processes, and KPIs to improve velocity and conversion
- Surfacing actionable insights that shape go-to-market and product strategies
- Fostering a culture of inclusion, learning, and operational excellence
A typical day involves reviewing daily performance metrics, aligning the team on targets and workflows, monitoring lead quality and pipeline health, reallocating headcount, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements include strong understanding of lead generation funnels, data analysis, operations management, people management, and program management skills. Experience with CRM tools, dashboards, and data systems is also necessary.
Nice to have: experience in marketplace or supply growth environments, exposure to AI and Automation tools, knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools, and familiarity with geo prioritization and market expansion strategies.
The annual pay range for this role is ₹1,610,000 - ₹2,300,000 INR.
