Junior Project Manager International Sales

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager International Sales to join our team at our headquarters in Maintal, near Frankfurt am Main.

As a Junior Project Manager International Sales, you will initiate and conduct projects, ensuring target achievement. You will also maintain and expand relationships with international customers and business partners, support project planning and execution, and provide technical consulting for new projects in assigned segments or regions.

Responsibilities:

• Support project planning and execution, and provide technical consulting for new projects
• Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines
• Support analysis of market trends and identification of business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Act as a contact person for customers, actively participate in customer management, and acquire strategically relevant accounts

Requirements:

• Successfully completed technical or business studies (e.g., chemistry, engineering, business administration)
• Initial professional experience in a technical sales position, ideally in an international environment, in the chemical industry, mechanical engineering, or rail/automotive supply sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented, engaged, goal-oriented, independent thinking and acting personality with the ability to set priorities and take responsibility
• Solid knowledge of MS Office software
• Ability to recognise market opportunities and proactively implement them in sales projects
• Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness and possibility (driver's license class B) for international travel (up to 50%)
