As Cresta’s Growth Engineer, you'll own the systems behind how Cresta shows up on the internet. In this role, you will own the technical decisions behind cresta.com and help shape how Cresta puts its own AI agents to work for marketing use cases. You'll architect and build our web platform, create the tooling that lets marketers ship without an engineer in the loop, and develop custom AI agents on Cresta's platform.
Responsibilities:
- The web platform: Own how cresta.com is built end to end, including its structure, content flow, and connections to other systems.
- Set the technical vision for the website stack and CMS evolution to meet business needs.
- Partner with brand and design on interactive experiences that carry the company's identity.
- Own the instrumentation where the site meets the GTM stack, ensuring clean data downstream.
- Build the technical foundation for localization as Cresta scales into new markets.
- Put in place engineering practices that enable quick shipping without breaking things.
- Ship the technical work behind SEO and AEO programs in partnership with their owners.
AI Agent Creation:
- Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents on Cresta's platform for marketing use cases.
- Take agents from prototype to production, including evaluation criteria, guardrails, and human review steps.
- Provide a tight feedback loop to product and engineering teams, identifying gaps and influencing the roadmap.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in software development, web development, AI/ML engineering, or growth engineering.
- Strong skills across the stack, including application code, APIs, data, and infrastructure in languages like Python, TypeScript, or Node.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with large language models and prompt engineering techniques.
- A track record of learning a domain quickly and going deep.
- High agency, defining your own work and shipping without being told what to build.
- Strong understanding of general AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation.

Compensation:
- Base Salary Range: $160K - $280K + Equity
