Join Razer's AI Software team as a Product Developer Intern and contribute to the development of AI-powered software products.
Job Responsibilities: As a Product Developer Intern, you will support the development of AI-powered software products through market and competitor research, requirements gathering, data analysis, experimentation, and product validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify market opportunities, benchmarks, and implications for product strategy
- Gather, document, and refine business and user requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze product usage, user behaviour, feedback, and business metrics to identify trends, measure performance, and support data-driven decision-making
- Support the planning and execution of product experiments and A/B tests
- Conduct user research, internal testing, and feature validation to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities to improve the overall product experience
- Synthesize research, data, and stakeholder inputs into structured recommendations, business cases, and prioritization inputs
- Create and maintain product requirements, research summaries, dashboards, reports, presentations, release materials, and other documentation for stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, and other teams to align on requirements, priorities, experiments, and product launches
Pre-Requisites:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate information into actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to different stakeholders
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides for analysis, reporting, and presentations
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Interest in artificial intelligence, software products, gaming technology, or product management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requirements may evolve quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in business analysis, product management, market research, strategy, consulting, data analysis, or user research
- Familiarity with the software product development lifecycle and concepts such as user stories, product requirements, acceptance criteria, testing, and product releases
- Familiarity with analytics or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
- Experience using collaboration or project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and an understanding of how AI is being applied across consumer and software products
- Strong interest in gaming, PC software, gaming communities, and emerging technology trends
