Principal Privacy Product Manager, Health AI

Microsoft AI is seeking a Principal Privacy Product Manager for its Health vertical. The successful candidate will be the privacy architect for health AI products, working across engineering, clinical, and product teams to drive privacy strategy and define product controls.

Responsibilities:

• Guide privacy decisions across the end-to-end product experience for health AI products like Copilot Health.
• Set and prioritize privacy controls for health AI scenarios and translate them into engineering requirements.
• Lead privacy design reviews for health AI features, including data handling and user-facing transparency.
• Own data governance expectations across the health product lifecycle.
• Monitor emerging health and data policy developments and drive control or experience changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in product management or software development.
• 6+ years of experience disrupting a market for a product or feature.
• 4+ years of practical experience creating and maintaining compliance programs and conducting privacy reviews.

Preferred qualifications include experience in health privacy, health policy, and health data governance, as well as working knowledge of health regulations and industry frameworks.
