Description
We are seeking an Associate to provide application software development services at BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., located in New York, NY. The successful candidate will develop program logic for new applications, analyze and modify existing applications, code, test, debug, document, implement, and maintain software applications. They will utilize object-oriented design and distributed systems expertise to conduct performance monitoring, capacity planning, workload modeling, and predictive analyses.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Two years of experience in the job offered or as an Analyst or related role

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is USD$145,000.00 - USD$162,000.00. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
Work Environment
BlackRock operates a hybrid work model, requiring employees to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
