We are seeking ambitious graduates to join our Alumni Graduate program as a Junior Software Developer. You will work on-site for a leading fintech company in Montreal.
The 24-month program begins with 6 weeks of training and coaching, where you will learn the essentials to launch your career as a software developer. After completing the training, you will have the opportunity to work with a top investment bank or technology leader.
As a software developer, you will create, develop, and maintain complex applications in an international team environment. You will work on the entire software development cycle, adopting an Agile methodology and striving for excellent results.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- GPA 2.75 or higher
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Experience in object-oriented programming
- Solid knowledge of software engineering principles (data structures, OOP, design patterns, multithreading)
- Skills in troubleshooting and debugging
- Knowledge of database concepts (SQL, stored procedures, schema design)
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Understanding of test-driven development
- French proficiency may be required for roles in Quebec province
