Job responsibilities:
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities on refrigeration machines, air conditioning systems, telephone equipment, collective antennas, TV and radio tuning, etc.
- Daily execution of the Preventive Maintenance Plan.
- Replace lamps, reactors, sockets, and others.
- Perform repairs on the hotel's hydraulic system (basins, taps, etc.).
- Inspect parking and garage areas, performing necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Verify the daily functioning of booster pumps, ensuring 24-hour hot and cold water supply.
- Keep work instruments organized and in order.
- Organize documents from third-party companies.
- Execute open work orders in the system.
- Perform other activities as needed or requested by management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
