3M is seeking Quality Inspector candidates in Clarkston, Georgia.
As a Quality Inspector, you will have the opportunity to inspect products to determine compliance with order specifications, customer requirements, and company's quality control system. You will assure compliance with legal requirements, and shipping and packing facilities for conformity to specified standards. The role requires excellent visual skills to detect minute non-conformances and operate small hand tools and process equipment with dexterity.
The position offers a starting pay of $22.52 per hour, with benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, employee stock discount, and 401K match of 5%. New hires start with 3 weeks' paid vacation and 12 paid holidays.
To qualify, you must possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher and previous quality inspection experience in a private, public, government, or military environment. Experience in an aerospace or defense-related industry and security clearance are preferred.
