The Quality Management Nurse is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality improvement and patient safety initiatives to enhance healthcare outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities This role collaborates with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for performance improvement, analyze quality and clinical data, monitor compliance activities, and implement evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- 1+ year’s of nursing experience.
- Must reside in Arizona and maintain an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Ability to travel throughout the surrounding area of Tucson, Arizona metropolitan area.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel locally up to 10% of the time. Mileage reimbursement will be provided in accordance with company policy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with managed care.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with navigating through internal/external computer systems, electronic medical record systems, and Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $60,522.00 - $129,615.00
