You'll join the Digital Customer team, which partners with iconic brands across Future's media portfolio to design, optimise, and scale paid digital subscriptions and membership propositions. This 6-month contract offers significant potential for extension or permanent conversion.
Responsibilities
- Design, optimise, and scale digital membership propositions across a portfolio of key media brands.
- Analyse customer data to uncover engagement trends and identify features that encourage daily reader habits.
- Build clear commercial business cases that align customer needs with brand strategy and revenue goals.
- Translate complex user insights into clear, actionable project roadmaps for technical and product teams.
- Coordinate transformation projects alongside internal editorial, marketing, and product stakeholders.
- Track campaign performance and project deliverables to ensure membership initiatives launch on schedule.
What you'll bring
- Proven background managing digital membership, subscription, or customer experience propositions in a commercial setting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating user data through platforms like GA4, Looker, or Tableau.
- Practical experience creating strategic roadmaps and managing project execution using tools like Jira or Asana.
- Experience translating customer insights into clear business cases and commercial plans.
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of building positive relationships across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively on a hybrid or remote basis with visits to our London or Bath offices.

The expected range for this role is £40,000 - £45,000.
