Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager at Mejuri, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional retail experience and supporting the store leadership team with day-to-day operations.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll assist in overseeing store performance, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading by example and validating the quality of the in-store customer experience
• Maximizing results and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as customer retention, conversion rates, and NPS
• Ensuring positive customer experience and promoting services offerings including piercing, engraving, and other services
• Managing inventory, order fulfillment, and storage and organization
• Maintaining organizational integrity of the back of house, including display inventory, sellable inventory, packaging, and supplies
• Mitigating internal, external, and administrative loss of product
• Identifying and escalating opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks

You'll also be responsible for:

• Merchandising, including ensuring Mejuri brand standards of visual presentation, cleanliness, and functionality
• Assortment and replenishment, monitoring assortment performance to create a productive sales environment
• Executing and participating in the implementation and maintenance of retail campaign signage and windows
• Validating the integrity of all display forms, graphics, furniture, and decor items
• Coaching and informing store team members on updates or changes to Visual Merchandising standard practices

In addition, you'll play a role in:

• Onboarding new talent to the store team
• Validating that team members are completing required training
• Ensuring store schedules are supported with high-quality and accurate inputs
• Validating regular and accurate assessments of team members against performance review criteria and KPIs
• Building healthy relationships with team members and establishing a positive and engaging work environment
