As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Operate in a high-demand environment, providing excellent customer service and driving sales
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, balancing speed and accuracy
- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues and adapting to changing situations
- Be flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
