What you'll do
You'll be responsible for the practical planning of production today and tomorrow - processes, technology, and IT. We are generalists, as in the management staff, the threads of production planning come together. Karosseriebau, Lackiererei, Fahrzeug-Montage, Aggregate-Montage, and Sattlerei are all connected.
- Overarching tasks such as preparing committees, creating presentation materials, process optimizations, etc.
- Collaboration at interdisciplinary interfaces
- Independent work on smaller projects and presentation of results to the management staff of the departments
What you need
- A place in the field of Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field of study (at least in the 3rd semester or in the gap year between Bachelor and Master)
- A proactive mindset
- Reliable and responsible behavior
- Good communication skills
- Independent and structured work
- Safe handling of Microsoft Office
- Fluent German skills
