What you'll do

You'll be responsible for the practical planning of production today and tomorrow - processes, technology, and IT. We are generalists, as in the management staff, the threads of production planning come together. Karosseriebau, Lackiererei, Fahrzeug-Montage, Aggregate-Montage, and Sattlerei are all connected.

• Overarching tasks such as preparing committees, creating presentation materials, process optimizations, etc.
• Collaboration at interdisciplinary interfaces
• Independent work on smaller projects and presentation of results to the management staff of the departments

What you need

• A place in the field of Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field of study (at least in the 3rd semester or in the gap year between Bachelor and Master)
• A proactive mindset
• Reliable and responsible behavior
• Good communication skills
• Independent and structured work
• Safe handling of Microsoft Office
• Fluent German skills
