Description
We are seeking a Style Consultant to join our team at Target. As a Style Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent guest experience by being welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about our products
- Drive sales by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying up-to-date on assortment and brand offerings
- Maintain a full and organised sales floor by setting, filling, and pricing products
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick-up, and Drive-up
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be flexible with varying hours, days, or shifts
Requirements:
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical demands include climbing ladders, scanning and moving merchandise, and standing for long periods
