Success Operations Associate

As a Success Operations Associate at ShipBob, you will join the Supply Chain Innovation team responsible for understanding the unique strategic needs of each B2B merchant and delivering massive value to help facilitate their growth and success.

You will work closely with the Operations and Supply Chain Innovation team to support ShipBob's largest merchants, building and managing solid partnerships through white-glove support, and ensuring performance standards are met and exceeded.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining merchant-facing purchase order trackers
• Coordinating shipments and communicating with operations and transportation companies
• Creating accurate and compliant BOLs and shipping labels
• Arranging dock appointments for outbound shipments
• Providing supporting documentation for retailer chargebacks
• Escalating urgent issues and submitting error-free shipment notices
• Monitoring error reporting tools and troubleshooting defects
• Following SOPs for retailer routing processes and management of retailer TMS
• Collaborating with on-site B2B leads and other teams to ensure a positive business impact
• Creating paid request tickets and attending stand-up meetings as necessary

You will need to bring:

• At least 1 year of experience managing operations and backend activities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and internet navigation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results
• Excellent interpersonal skills
