As an Enterprise Account Executive at Flexport, you will lead complex client partnerships and set the standard for strategic account management.
The Sales team at Flexport fosters deep, lasting relationships that drive client success and accelerate global trade. You will own some of Flexport's most complex and highest-opportunity client relationships in North America, spanning multiple shipping modes and trade lanes , ocean, air, trucking, customs.
Your responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end success for a portfolio of complex, multi-modal Flexport accounts in North America
- Leading RFP bids and renewals end-to-end
- Serving as a true strategic partner to clients, identifying where Flexport can unlock efficiency, reduce cost, or introduce new capabilities
- Leading high-impact business reviews that drive meaningful decisions
- Driving cross-sell and upsell across Flexport's full product suite
- Collaborating with internal teams on solutions that require alignment and creative problem-solving
- Mentoring and coaching junior Account Executive teammates
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role
- Proven track record of independently managing and growing a complex, multi-product book of business
- Deep understanding of global trade and supply chain operations across multiple modes
- Demonstrated ability to operate without a playbook in ambiguous situations
- Strong commercial instincts and a natural tendency to develop others
- A 'compliance first' attitude

The US base salary range for this position is $91,000-$115,000 USD.
