Seasonal Retail Stock Lead (Woodfield Mall)

Squishable is looking for a Seasonal Retail Stock Lead to join their team at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, Illinois.

As a Seasonal Retail Stock Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and organized stock room, supporting the sales floor, and implementing effective replenishment practices.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team with all back-of-house functions during the holiday season
• Ensure products are easy to locate, neat, and organized at all times
• Plan and schedule all incoming and outbound shipments
• Keep product replenished and moving efficiently to support increased holiday traffic
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Adhere to all company policies, practices, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time-management and attention to detail
• Open availability throughout the holiday season, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday dates
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Must be 18 or older

Compensation:

• Pay rate is $17.00 per hour
