Description
We are seeking a Clinical Research Site Manager to oversee the management of multiple clinical research sites across various therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits according to study protocols, contracts, SOPs, and GCP guidelines
- Manage multiple studies, sites, and therapeutic areas simultaneously
- Provide study-related training to sites and maintain regular communication to manage study requirements and issues
- Evaluate site performance quality and completeness, identifying any quality issues and reporting them to the Project Manager or Line Manager
- Track study progress, including patient enrollment, data collection, and query resolution
- Maintain study-related documents, including site management and monitoring visit reports
- Oversee study finances at the site level
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager or Project Manager
