Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at our Irvine Simply Food store. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our store, working behind the scenes to ensure our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working flexibly across the store where needed
- Using digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently
- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store
- Adapting quickly to changing demands and priorities
In this role, you'll work late nights, with shifts from 16:00-22:30 on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Please note that this role is not suitable for those under 18 due to health and safety legislation.
As a Customer Assistant in Operations, you'll be paid £[unspecified] per hour, plus a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
