As our Principal Product Manager for Brazil, you will be responsible for defining the vision for Wise's Brazil payments flows and strengthening the infrastructure that makes international transfers feel as seamless as local payments. You will lead high-stakes Pix products used at very large transaction volumes, including adding, converting, sending and spending money.
This role requires deep experience with direct or indirect integration into the Pix scheme in Brazil, strong partner-integration ownership, and close collaboration with regulatory and compliance teams to understand, implement and operationalize Pix requirements.

Qualifications:
- You have a proven track record in the payments space, including experience with a direct or indirect integration into the Pix scheme in Brazil.
- You have led high-stakes, high-performing payment services at very large transaction volumes, ideally millions of payments.
- You have owned complex partner integrations, from requirements and commercial/operational alignment through technical implementation, launch, monitoring and continuous improvement.
- You have collaborated closely with regulatory compliance teams to interpret, prioritize and implement Pix requirements.
- You possess the technical depth to understand system architecture and engage in detailed, credible discussions with engineers.
- You excel at breaking down complex, ambiguous problems into logical, structured components.
- You have a bias for action and are hands-on.
- You demonstrate the ability to lead without direct authority.
- You have experience working in an agile setup within a fintech environment.
- You speak fluent English.
