Test Technician

Senra Systems, a company that supercharges electrical wire harness manufacturing through software configuration, is seeking an entry-level Test Technician to join its production team in Cypress, California. The successful candidate will perform functional, electrical, and mechanical testing on manufactured components and assemblies to verify they meet engineering specifications and customer quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform testing and inspection of parts and assemblies according to work instructions, test procedures, and customer specifications.
• Set up and operate test equipment such as multimeters, calipers, gauges, and test fixtures.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T callouts.
• Record test data, results, and non-conformances accurately.
• Identify and report defects or process issues.
• Assist with maintaining and tracking calibration status of test equipment.
• Provide support to production technicians as needed.
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, testing, or quality environment.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings.
• Basic understanding of measurement tools.
• Computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Willingness to learn new testing procedures and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with basic electrical and mechanical test equipment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly range: $24.00-$30.00.
