Responsibilities include:

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store
As a Customer Assistant, you'll thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods. You'll be digitally confident, using tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
